The Afghan TikTokker who threatened to murder Nigel Farage was a career criminal fleeing Swedish justice when he arrived in the UK on a small boat, the Daily Mail has revealed.

Fayaz Husseini, 31, who sports an AK-47 tattoo on his face, was jailed for five years this week after making gun gestures on camera and threatening to “pop, pop, pop” the Reform leader. But his criminal history is far more extensive than initially known.

Husseini was wanted in Sweden for sexual harassment of a schoolgirl and knife offenses when he claimed asylum in Britain, falsely stating his life was threatened by the Taliban in Afghanistan. In reality, he was evading a lengthy criminal record spanning sexual abuse, animal cruelty, drugs, knife crimes, threats, theft, and fraud.

A Mother’s Nightmare

The Daily Mail tracked down two Swedish victims: a single mother and her teenage daughter who took Husseini into their home when he was homeless in 2020.

Lotta Andersson, 44, met Husseini on Snapchat in November 2020 and learned he was living in a tent. Taking pity, she allowed him to move into her Stockholm flat in February 2021, which she shared with her daughter Linnea, then 15, and younger son.

Initially charming, Husseini quickly became controlling and abusive. He forbade Andersson from seeing friends, dictated her bedtime, monitored her messages, and threatened to kill her if she spoke to other men.

Abuse of a Child

His behavior toward Linnea was even more disturbing. In May 2021, after she defied his attempts to control her clothing, he physically assaulted her, biting her cheek and causing it to swell.

Two weeks later, Husseini entered the then-15-year-old’s bedroom and made sexual advances, telling her he loved her and admitting he looked at naked photos on her confiscated phone while pleasuring himself. He also gave her alcohol, cannabis, and ecstasy, and allowed his friends to inappropriately touch her while she slept.

Linnea reported the abuse to social workers and moved in with her grandfather. Her mother, who alleges Husseini raped her on one occasion, finally evicted him in September 2021.

Extensive Criminal Record

Swedish crime reports obtained by the Mail reveal Husseini’s shocking history:

May 2019: Five months for fraud, counterfeiting, threats, and drugs

October 2019: Fined for theft

February 2020: Drug offenses

October 2021: Three months for threats and drugs

2022: Livestreamed beating a dog on TikTok

March 2023: Two months for drugs

March 2024: Fined for drugs again

In December 2024, while already imprisoned in Britain, he was sentenced in absentia to six months for waving a knife at shoppers and the May 2021 sexual advances toward Linnea.

Journey to Britain

On October 12, 2024, Husseini posted his threatening video aimed at Farage. Nineteen days later, he arrived on the Kent coast using the fake surname Khan and claiming to be 26 years old.

Both Swedish victims expressed relief at his imprisonment. Linnea, now 20, said: “They should throw away the key because he’s a monster who deserves to rot in jail.”

Farage expressed concern that Husseini will be released in 18 months while his asylum claim is processed, questioning how many similar criminals have entered Britain undetected.
