Following Bollywood Hungama’s October 3 report on the upcoming second promotional asset for Dhurandhar, new details confirm the material will launch online in just two days.
According to a source speaking with Bollywood Hungama, “The second asset—a reimagined take on ‘Jogi,’ also known as ‘Na De Dil Pardesi Nu’—arrives digitally on October 15. This release aims to reignite excitement and firmly establish the December 5 theatrical debut. With speculation swirling about potential delays, this song teaser will dispel doubts by prominently featuring the confirmed release date while offering fresh glimpses into the film.”
The source previously revealed, “While the initial look showcased one interpretation of ‘Jogi,’ this new asset presents a faster, more dynamic version with matching quick-cut visuals. Like before, there are no dialogue snippets—the strategy remains focused on building momentum from the first look without revealing too much story detail.”
Industry buzz suggests the promotional material may also screen in theaters alongside major Diwali releases Thamma and Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat. “Clarity on theatrical placement will emerge within days,” the source noted.
Dhurandhar features Ranveer Singh leading an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. A collaboration between Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film is helmed by Aditya Dhar, director of the 2019 hit Uri: The Surgical Strike. Recent reports from Bollywood Hungama confirmed Ranveer Singh has completed filming, with minor remaining shoots scheduled for Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna.
