In a significant development for Indian streaming content, celebrated actress Parvathy Thiruvothu has been roped in to lead Hrithik Roshan’s maiden production venture under his banner HRX Films. The untitled social thriller, being produced in partnership with Amazon Prime Video, features an impressive ensemble including Alaya F, Srishti Srivastava, Rama Sharma, and Saba Azad.
The series will be helmed by Ajit Pal Singh, whose previous work on the critically lauded SonyLIV series Tabbar earned widespread acclaim for its gripping narrative and emotional resonance.
Industry sources reveal that the project has been in the works for three years, with Hrithik Roshan deeply involved in crafting the intricate script and well-layered characters. Parvathy, whose powerful performances in films like Take Off, Uyare, and Bangalore Days have earned her critical recognition, is reportedly portraying a multifaceted character at the heart of the narrative.
“This is a tightly-crafted, character-driven social thriller that explores themes of power, morality, and survival against the backdrop of contemporary India. This project represents Hrithik Roshan’s first comprehensive foray into production with HRX Films, marking a significant evolution in his career as he ventures beyond acting into creative entrepreneurship and content development.
